Staff had to call the office every afternoon in order to be given their work assignments and locations for the following day.
At times some employees would not turn up to work, giving excuses that would blame the office staff when in fact that was not the case.
A systemised approach was required that could keep track of who was notified, what details they were given as well as confirming that they indeed received the message.

Now staff receive a SMS with the address of where they need to be the following day and if they have not received the SMS by 4pm they are to call the office. This has now freed up the afternoons for the office staff to do other work.
